Is our customer portfolios private?
Yes, Customer portfolios are ONLY viewed by our owners Trevon & Taiijon. The customer portfolio is encrypted and can only be accessed by owners and the customer it is assigned to. Once the job is done the portfolio will be locked for our records and the customer will also get a copy.
Do I get to choose which team members work on my project?
If you worked with this team member before then you can request for that person if their availability is open. At the present moment this feature is unavailable, but within the next coming months it will re-open.
Do you take cash or checks?
We don't take cash as a form of payment at this time. We do accept credit cards, debit cards, checks ( only after we verified it through the bank). Payments may be made online when booking an appointment and upon signing the contract.
Do you wear face mask upon entering the home?
By our company policy, We must wear the proper coverings upon entering a clients home or business to protect ourselves and our clients. No T&T WORKER is permitted to work if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have a fever.
